Shipping

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days of receiving your order. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. If there is an invalid address or wrong address inputted associated with the order we will refund the order less the shipping fee. If the USPS tracking says the package was delivered and you did not receive your order we do not resend the order you must place another one.  

Domestic

All items are carefully packed and shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. Delivery usually occurs 3-7 business days from shipping.

International

Items are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International. Delivery usually occurs 1-3 weeks from shipment; it does not include delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for all international duties and fees in the home country. There are no non-defect-related returns for international orders, warranty still applies. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.

Cancellations + Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with any issues or inquiries regarding your order. Caddy Splash charges a 20% restocking fee + freight on all non-defect returns. On defective orders, a resend shipping fee will be requested if it has been a month since your order date. All Caddy Splash items carry a 3-month warranty.

You can cancel your order if it is within 24 hours of the purchase date and time (there is a 5% cancelation fee) after that cancellations will not be granted.
